Accessibility

A website designed to work for more people.

Robra IT is committed to making its website usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices and assistive technologies.

This statement applies to the Robra IT website at robrait.com. We want visitors to be able to understand, navigate and interact with the site regardless of disability, device, input method or assistive technology.

1. Our commitment

Accessibility is considered in the site's structure, content, visual design and interactive behavior. We work to remove barriers as the site changes and to provide a practical alternative when a page or resource cannot be used as intended.

2. Standard and conformance status

Robra IT targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG explains how to make digital content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities.

The website has been reviewed during design and development, but it has not yet undergone an independent, full WCAG conformance audit. We therefore do not claim formal conformance at this time.

3. Accessibility measures

Measures built into the website include:

  • Semantic page landmarks, descriptive page titles and a consistent heading hierarchy.
  • A skip link and keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, forms, accordions and controls.
  • Visible focus indicators and logical focus handling for the mobile navigation.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative imagery.
  • Form labels, instructions, validation messages and status updates that do not rely on color alone.
  • Responsive layouts that support smaller screens, text resizing and browser zoom.
  • Color and contrast choices intended to keep text and controls legible.
  • Reduced-motion behavior when a visitor enables that preference in their operating system or browser.
  • Clear link text and a consistent navigation and page structure.

4. Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with common assistive technologies supported by those browsers. The site relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with WAI-ARIA used where native HTML alone does not communicate an interface's purpose or state.

Older browsers and uncommon combinations of browser, operating system and assistive technology may display or operate parts of the site differently.

5. Known limitations and alternatives

Despite our efforts, some content may have limitations:

  • Downloadable documents: some PDF or ZIP resources may not provide the same level of navigation or reflow as the website. Contact us for the information in another reasonable format.
  • Third-party services: forms, file delivery and websites linked from Robra IT may be operated by third parties with their own accessibility characteristics.
  • New content: an accessibility issue may be introduced when content or functionality is added. We review reported barriers and prioritize fixes based on their impact.

6. Assessment approach

The website is assessed through internal review during design and development, automated accessibility checks, keyboard testing, responsive-browser testing and checks of representative user journeys. Automated testing cannot identify every accessibility barrier, so feedback from visitors remains an important part of our process.

7. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier or need content in another format, email contact@robrait.com. Please include:

  • the page address or name of the resource;
  • a short description of the problem;
  • the format or assistance you need; and
  • your browser or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and will work toward a reasonable solution or accessible alternative.

8. Statement date

This statement was published on August 13, 2026. It will be reviewed as the website, applicable standards and our accessibility practices evolve.
