These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Robra IT website, online forms, resources and SMS messaging program. By accessing or using the website, submitting a form, or affirmatively opting in to SMS messages, you agree to the provisions of these Terms that apply to that activity. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the applicable feature.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@robrait.com.
1. Scope and order of precedence
These Terms apply to the public Robra IT website and related online interactions. They do not replace any statement of work, master services agreement, nondisclosure agreement, employment agreement, contractor agreement, offer letter, client agreement or other written agreement between you and Robra IT.
If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the subject it covers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and retain personal information. Section 8 of these Terms applies specifically to Robra IT's SMS messaging program.
2. Eligibility and authority
The website is intended for adults and business users. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms to submit a form or opt in to SMS messages.
If you use the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf for the relevant interaction.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful purposes, including learning about Robra IT, reviewing our services and resources, contacting us, and exploring professional opportunities.
You must not:
- disrupt, damage, overload or interfere with the website or its security;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data or nonpublic area;
- introduce malware, malicious code or harmful content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, qualifications or affiliation;
- scrape, harvest or collect personal information from the website;
- use automated means to extract website content at scale without our written permission, except for ordinary search-engine indexing;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual or other rights; or
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.
We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, Robra IT, our clients, professionals or others.
4. Website content and no professional advice
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Although we aim to keep it useful and current, we do not guarantee that every description, article, resource, opportunity or other item is complete, accurate or current at all times.
Nothing on the website is legal, financial, tax, regulatory, employment or other professional advice. Website use does not create a client, employment, contractor, agency, fiduciary, partnership, supplier or other professional relationship.
Templates, checklists, guides and other downloadable resources are starting points. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting them to your organization, systems, contracts, policies, circumstances and legal obligations.
5. Services and client engagements
Descriptions of Robra IT services, capabilities, technologies, industries, delivery approaches, timelines, outcomes and experience are illustrative. They are not binding offers, warranties or commitments.
The scope, responsibilities, deliverables, assumptions, fees, service levels, timetable, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations and other terms of any engagement are governed only by the applicable written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
6. Professional opportunities
Opportunity descriptions may be modified, paused, filled or withdrawn at any time. Expressing interest, joining the talent network, providing a résumé or communicating with Robra IT does not guarantee an interview, client submission, assignment, placement, offer, employment or other engagement.
Information concerning compensation, location, working pattern, duration, duties, eligibility, client requirements and engagement structure is preliminary unless confirmed in an applicable written agreement. Any employment, contractor, onboarding, work-authorization, reference or background-screening process may be subject to separate notices, authorizations, verification and agreements.
Robra IT will not submit your résumé or professional profile to a client for a specific opportunity without your agreement.
7. Information and materials you submit
When you submit information through a form, email, SMS or another channel, you represent that:
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have the right and authority to provide it;
- it does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights; and
- any résumé, document or other material you provide is free of malware or harmful code.
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You authorize Robra IT and its service providers to receive, store, review, use and communicate about those materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate or discuss an opportunity, provide a requested resource, administer a relationship, protect security, comply with law, and perform the activities described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not send trade secrets, client-confidential information, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial-account information, medical information or other highly sensitive information through a general website form or ordinary email unless Robra IT specifically requests it through an appropriate process.
8. SMS messaging terms
Consent and program scope
When you affirmatively opt in to SMS messages from Robra IT, you authorize us to send text messages to the mobile number you provide concerning the interaction identified at the time of consent. Depending on that interaction, messages may concern a business inquiry, requested resource, talent-network submission, relevant professional opportunity, interview, placement, onboarding, assignment, project or related support.
Messages may be sent using automated or assisted messaging technology. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services or being considered for a professional opportunity.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. Notify us promptly if the number changes or is reassigned.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Robra IT and is generally 1–4 messages per month or as needed. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.
Opt-out and help
You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or by otherwise clearly communicating a request to stop through a reasonable method, including by emailing contact@robrait.com. Other clear opt-out replies, such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, will also be treated as requests to stop where applicable.
We will honor valid revocation requests within the period required by applicable law. We may send one final, non-promotional text confirming that the opt-out was processed. No further messages requiring that consent will be sent unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP for assistance or email contact@robrait.com.
Delivery and carriers
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier services, network availability, device operation and other factors outside Robra IT's control.
Mobile information
Our Privacy Policy governs personal information associated with the SMS program. We do not share, sell, rent or provide mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Communications service providers may process this information only as needed to provide authorized messaging services, maintain security, document consent and opt-outs, or comply with legal and carrier requirements.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Robra IT owns or is licensed to use the website's text, design, graphics, logos, downloads and other content.
You may view the website, print a reasonable number of pages, download resources made available for that purpose, and share links for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Third-party names, technologies and links
Third-party company, product, service and technology names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the website may describe relevant experience or capabilities and does not, by itself, imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, authorization or certification.
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Robra IT does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices. Accessing a third-party site is at your discretion and subject to that third party's terms.
11. Privacy and accessibility
Our Privacy Policy explains how Robra IT handles personal information connected with the website, forms, recruiting activities, business relationships and communications. It is not intended to reduce any privacy rights provided by applicable law.
Our Accessibility Statement explains our accessibility approach and how to report a barrier or request assistance.
12. Website availability and disclaimers
We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and noninfringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robra IT and its owners, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from or related to use of or inability to use the website or reliance on website content.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
14. Governing law
These Terms and disputes arising solely from use of the website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable federal law.
This section does not override a different governing-law or dispute-resolution provision in a signed agreement, or any nonwaivable rights available under applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, technology, the website, our services or our practices. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date.
Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, including a change affecting an existing SMS consent, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
16. Severability and no waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure by Robra IT to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
